Shell-and-tube apparatuses with fixed tube grids/shell-and-tube apparatuses with a temperature compensator on the casing are designed for heat exchange of liquid and gaseous media in technological processes of chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, oil, gas and other industries. They are represented by the following types: heat exchangers T, refrigerators X, condensers K, evaporators and types H and K and their modifications.
Shell-and-tube floating head apparatuses/shell-and-tube apparatuses with U-shaped pipes and tube bundles to them are designed for heat exchange of liquid and gaseous media in technological processes of chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, oil, gas and other industries. They are represented by the following types: TP, CP, KP, TU and their modifications.
Vaporizers with steam space are designed for evaporation of gas fractions from liquid media, can be used as evaporators in chemical, oil refining and other industries. Vaporizers with steam space are divided into devices with a floating head of the IP type and with U-shaped pipes of the IU type and their modifications.
Vacuum condensers are designed for the condensation of media under vacuum in the technological processes of petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, gas and other industries. Condensers are divided into heat exchangers with fixed tube arrays of the KVN type, with fixed tube arrays and a temperature compensator on the KVK type casing and their modifications.
Shell-and-tube, sleeve-bearing devices of increased thermal efficiency with a floating head (TP-HP) and U-shaped pipes (TU) are designed for heating and cooling liquid and gaseous media in the technological processes of the oil refining, chemical, petrochemical and gas industries. The bushing-support partition consists of bushings interconnected by connections with deflecting plates. The devices may have a longitudinal partition.

The devices and their blocks, which are subject to these technical conditions, are manufactured of the following types:
Thermosiphon evaporators are designed for the evaporation of media in the technological processes of petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, gas and other industries. Evaporators are divided into heat exchangers with fixed pipe grids of the INT type, with fixed pipe grids and a temperature compensator on a casing of the ICT type, with a floating head of the IPT type and their modifications.
Evaporators and condensers are refrigerating. Evaporators (their type) are designed for cooling water, solutions and liquid process media flowing through the pipes of apparatuses with ammonia, propane, propylene and other refrigerants evaporating in the inter-tube space of apparatuses. Condensers (type IR) are designed for liquefaction of refrigerating agent in ammonia and hydrocarbon (propane, propylene) refrigeration units for general industrial purposes, operating within the temperature range of the condensed refrigerant from 00C to +1000C, at a cooling medium temperature from -200C to +500C.
